1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing HiireX, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines posted on the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of HiireX after changes means you accept them.

2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use HiireX.
• If you're using HiireX on behalf of a company or employer, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
• You must not be barred from using the Service under any applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3 Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure and confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Providing accurate profile information — especially for employers posting jobs.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Impersonate another person or use a fake identity.
• Post jobs that don't exist or that discriminate unlawfully.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from HiireX.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or authentication.
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Use HiireX for spam or unauthorized commercial messaging.
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

5 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post — resume, portfolio, photos, text, messages, and files ("Your Content"). By posting on HiireX, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You confirm that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to post Your Content.
• Your Content does not infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy.
• Your Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We may remove any content that violates these Terms, but we're not obligated to review all content.

6 AI Features and Matching

HiireX uses AI to generate summaries, extract data from resumes, and score matches between candidates and jobs. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are suggestions, not guarantees — always review them.
• Match scores are guidance and may not reflect every nuance.
• Hiring decisions are ultimately the responsibility of the employer.
• You may edit or delete AI-generated content in your profile at any time.

7 Payments and Subscriptions

• Certain features (job posting, premium applications) require a paid plan or per-use fee.
• All prices are displayed in the platform's pricing page and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We may change pricing with advance notice.

8 Intellectual Property

The HiireX name, logo, design, code, and features are our property or our licensors'. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

9 Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from your settings page.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use HiireX ends immediately.
• Provisions that should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, liability limits, IP) will survive.

10 Disclaimers

HiireX is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Any job listing, candidate, or user information is accurate.
• Use of HiireX will result in employment, hiring, or any specific outcome.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiireX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) PKR 5,000.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
